FLORIDA – Detectives are searching for two suspects who opened fire on a convenience store clerk.
The incident happened Saturday just before 11:00 p.m. at the Farm Store on North Armenia Avenue in Tampa.
Police say the suspects walked into the store armed with guns in an attempted robbery.
When the store clerk spotted the gunmen, he ran outside the business. The two gunmen followed the victim outside to the parking lot and fired at him multiple times.
The clerk was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries.

The gunmen fled the scene.
The first suspect is described as a 17-20 year-old Hispanic male, 5′ 7”, 150 lbs. He was wearing khaki shorts, a gray/black-hooded sweatshirt, black baseball style hat with white writing, and black athletic shoes.
The second suspect is described as a 17-20 year-old black male, 5′ 6”, 150 lbs. He was wearing khaki shorts, a gray/black-hooded sweatshirt, and white athletic shoes.
